header or stock manifold

I have a dc header on my 00 coupe with a gsr swap and the header has a leak. I plan on a turbo within a year. My question is has anyone bought one of those $50 headers on ebay and how did they work? Should i even bother buying one on ebay or just put the stock manifold back on?
