For the manifolds, i heard that torquing it to specific poundage will not be helpful. it might not be tight enough. some people i have talked say to torque it down.

Don't over torque it, too many people here rip the heads off the bolts when they put on a header(s),

i haven't heard one person tip off the head bolts when putting on a header.

tighten that shit down and be on your way
