Help my d16 find go power

Lately I noticed my lil sohc-tec motor has been dragging and my gas mileage is going down. I changed the air filter, used injector cleaner, and changed the oil. My little 1.6 is still lagging. I took a look at the plugs and noticed that they had some oil on them.

- Where did this oil come from?
- Is it causing my problem?
- What do I need to change besides the spark plugs?

What am I looking for when I inspect the dizzy rotor?
Blanco are you taking about the seals that are under the valve cover or the seals that are in the combustion camber?

After I solve the oil problem I think I will get some of my lost hp back.

ya look to see if it worn and are you sure its oil or is it carbon?
and look to see if it worn down at all and inspect the cap

Ok, and yes I am sure that it is oil on the plugs
