Hey new CRX mod!

Wet roads + hill + Honda Pilot.

I was doing about 30mph, coming to the top of a hill, and there were 2 cars stopped, one turning. I had the option of hitting an electrical/phone line box, or the car. the tow hook impacted my driver side fender and crumpled the frame.

Only motor damage was a broken oil feed line to my turbo, Looks like im chassis shopping.

Yeah, i just had a new ramhorn manifold, downpipe and dumptubing come in today too. good thing they werent on, oh well. Im saving it for when i find a chassis to swap it all into.

Poor rex. Are you going to try and find another crx shell? If you are, and can find one- at least you have a good parts car now.

Im looking for another CRX, 88-91 EF because my suspension work can just be swapped as well, or a 92-95 hatch because the motor is a direct swap. Im looking for a runnin car so i can pass it through inspection etc first, and in the mean time build on my motor more then drop it in.

i shed like 2 tears when is saw that, man i wonder how many unriced/un-wrecked crx's are left in america, ive owned 4 personally and 2 of them ended up crushed after i wrecked one, and the other one had SERIOUS rust damage

yeah, luckily no one was hurt. Still on a hunt for a new donor, im thinking either an EG or another CRX. Whatever comes first.

you lucky you didnt get hurt bro, I broke my back in 3 places , L2,L3,L4 broke my first rib on my left side, broke my left collar bone, and had glass shoved into my forehead, but hey im allright now, other than feeling like an old man in the morning haha allready got another rex, lovvvin it, good luck to you bro
