? How hard is it to put F22b1 head on a F22a1 block

I have a 91 accord ex coupe i am going rebult the motor in it but would like to have VTEC i want to know if it would be an easy swap to put he F22b head on my block or if i would be better off just swaping it out f22b1. would like to do a h22 swap but not in my price range

Correction i have an F22A4 not an A1

But to answer your question, you would need to swap the ECU as well as the head, and I know that there are some other issues you run into, but there are people in here who have done it. Someone help me out here.
