injectors are to big wont fit into intake??

my injectors are to big for my intake, they may fit but they would be hard to squeeze in, the guy told me there bigger than stock i thaught 240cc but that is stock so im not sure, so if there more cc are they also bigger around?? should i try to force them in or find stock ones?? oh its on a jdm b16...

i can but not till this weekend when i go to my dads garage, and i dont have the old ones these are what came with the b16 when i baught it. the stock injectors out of the d16 are gone

Uh, ya you need to have the correct fuel maps for the injectors/pressure/compression ratio...

alright, talked to the guy and he said he thinks the injectors are 345cc... and he got them to fit in the intake, just shoved them in lol

That is not a smart idea. You can order the o rings to fit, or you need to shave them down a dremmel works pretty good. If they have to be forced in there then they will not seal good.

that was my thaughts, thanks now im wondering how the bigger injectors will effect it

Yeah, when i tried to put my 440cc DSM injectors in my IM the O rings didnt let them sit righ so i took a dremmel and widening the inside of the ring to allow a tight fit. Nice and snug now, and i didnt have to spend money to buy new ones.

I say if you have the tools, and are somewhat skilled with a dremmel, try this first. May save you some money.

im guessing honda, because the whole set up was in a 92 hatch
