Hook up the power input from the phone directly into the vtech output on your ECU. Don't worry, it'll become obvious when you've got everything torn apart. Next, take the phone plug, and drill a hole in the oil pan approximately the same size, it doesn't matter if it fits without leaking, because you're going to fix that later.
Now, you have two choices:
Swap the motor
d16y8 head and ECU swap
Go with the second if you're not inclined to swap an entire motor, and go with the first if you just need things to be easy. Turbocharging the y7 isn't really a good idea. You'll get more problems if you turbo a stock engine with as many miles as I'm estimating you have.
