Lowering springs/coilovers??

Just bought 99 ex coupe looking to lower it with the ability to fully adjust ride height. I need something with good quality but not breaking the bank. I'd say around $700 or maybe a little less. PLEASE HELP

Form and function type 1 is good bang for your buck but they are not performance coilovers
