ls hatch

i saw a 94 hatch with a ls engine for sale for 4000 the engine have 110000 miles, the car have 208k miles with minor body damage, but it drives good, should i buy it or build my own with a jdm ls engine?

my friend paid 5k for his 93 hatch with 180k miles and 75k miles on an LS swap..
so 4k seems like an alright price to me. just install a new timing belt, oil pump and water pump after you buy it and you should have a pretty quick/reliable car.

Im with turbo. Even though the oil pump is another 100 or so you def should. My friend's oil pumped failed at 100k, and now he needs a new engine.

i had 3100 into my ls hatch with the price of the 94 ls teg I bought and the 1g my minor body damaged 92 hatch ran. Sounds like a good deal to me.

i got a 95 dx sedan with a real good body, and a ls motor and a gsr tranny with bad bearings for 900 bucks.
