Yesterday i finished putting on my tokico blue shocks with hp racing adjustable sleeve coils
it is lowered about 2 inches, when i hit a decent size bump it makes a somewhat of a loud "THUD"
I did not cut the bump stops is that the problem?
Will i damage anything at this point?
the bump stops might end up getting crushed an fall off and the banging noise could be the bushings on the control arms or the bushings at the top of the strut.
Coilover sleeves make noise. usually from the sleeve hitting the shock body. Take them off and wrap a couple layers of duct tape or electrical tape around the shock body. And cut your bump stops.
