obd0 code 22 da swap

hi i have a problem my girl has a da with a b16a1 swap (no thats not the problem )
well it doesnt have check engine light on but in the ecu it shows code 22 weird right well not sure how to check it i know its the vtec selonoid thats bout it any suggestions ??

check wiring if thats good i would assume that its bad maybe try replacing it with another
