OBD0 PR4 are supported by ghettodyne and tuboedit. If you want to try your hand at making a program, you can get ghettodyne from www.pgmfi.org forum/software/ghettodyne and turboedit from www.driftkids.com
Additionally, if you want to learn to chip it yourself, all the info you would need is on pgmfi.org
