Luckily it happened close to the ground. Even 50 feet in the air and the outcome would have been much worse.

Fuckin pedestrians. As if not using the cross walks on the roadway wasnt enough, now theyre doin it in the air too.

looking at the bigger pics in the link it looks like its just the black section of the parachute
hard to tell but i didn't see any pics that looked like the pilot coming out of the plane
