Smog trouble with my h22a please help

i have a 1995 honda prelude Si and i did an h22a swap with je 9:1 titanum pistions and type s cams i passed the funcional test and the visual but my Nox and Hc are way over dose any one know how to bring those levels down thank you for your help

im also running a P28 ecu do you think that the P28 is to running my motor to lean

too rich i bet, is the p28 remapped? what condition is your cat in?
