I have b20 now ls tranny

I have $$ for one think

so I have to choose one . what better put gsr tranny or stage 2 cam with ls tranny

(for 1/4 mile and daily drive)

Whose "stage 2" cam? Stage 2 means nothing on its own.

for a b20 I say get the transmission swap.

GSR tranny swap will really wake that thing up. I'd also consider a vtec head swap (assuming you don't already have one). The b20/b18a/b head doesn't flow all that great for N/A without some work.
