steering wheel swap

Im installing an after market steering wheel, the only issue i am seeming to hit is the horn button, any help with this, i know the brown wire is my live wire but when i attach it to the back metal plate on the hub the horn is continuously on. I have a 1999 civic ej8 coupe

Some info on what after market wheel ya bought be nice... if its and EBAY its a better frisby imo
