Tail Light PROBLEM

I just put in 99-00 si style tail light in my 98 civic. All i did was plug them i didnt mess with the wiring at all.
When i press on my brake both of my blinkers come on and stay on until i let go. What can be the problem?

Sounds like you pluged the lights into the wrong holes.

they are set up right unless they wired the plugs in the wrong tail lights?
