thats why i like the midwest.the house i live in is just a little over a 1000 square feet, 3 car garage, and my parents only wanted 69,000 for it when they were trying to sell it. nice place man the backyard is huge.

Ask TTP I believe they also have trailers bigger then 1000 SQFT
I've been looking at a few townhouses with 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and they are in the 2000-2500 sq ft range.
but as far as being out in the midwest... yup thats how it works if you go to a shitty part of the country where you make crap pay the houses tend to be really cheap.
$500K house here could be worth $200K bucks, 200 miles south of here.
all in where you want to live.
