kinda happened to me. I was crossing the street, and I was hit by an intrepid that was making a right turn on red. The fault was originally put on ME, and the cost for the 3 mile, $460 ambulance ride was put onto my dads HOMEOWNER insurance. Fucking messed up laws.

Doesn't really matter anymore, because the person that hit me, then lied to the cops (said that I ran the red) ended up dying 3 months later of a heart attack. God got here back.
