torque setting for valve nuts?

is there a torque setting for the bolts that hold the valve springs on?i need to adjust my valves bad and im not sure how lol. any help is appreciated. thanks

you shouldn't have any bolts holding on your valvesprings....the only thing holding on your valvesprings should be valvespring retainers and keepers...
