it requires some downtime.
first you need a head. going to cost about 300(easily).
and you'll need to get a conversion kit that taps the block for the oil pressure, not sure if it includes a headgasket.
from there youll need to tune it
also, while your at it building your bottom end a bit to get teh compression to take advantage of it and for the revs may be a good idea. Along with other things I'm sure I'm missing
