vss issues

ok everthing is hooked up and electrical is all done but my speedo still wont work. i am running the 99 integra vss electronics and the 97 del sol gearing and everything hooks up fine so now to the wiring i have a yellow with black stripe, yellow with white stripe and a black wire. now black should be ground and the yellow/white should be signal right.on the ecu i used the ecu pin b-4 should i use a25??

i went by that and used the b4 pinout?? i might change the pinout to the a block and i will see from there
