What Is The Best Ecu To Use With My Jdm Itr?

What is the best ECU to use with my OBD-2 JDM ITR? I need an OBD-1 ECU though. I heard i sould use a P30(obd-1) but im not ssure what to use?

P.S. the reason i need an OBD-1 ECU is because i have a 92 civic cx that the OBD-2 motor is going into.
