What To Put In 97 Civic Ex

ok I just bought a civic and i want speed before looks I want it to be a daily driver and weekend drag. i'll be ok with an engine with about 220 horse power i dont care about the price. and once i get the engine in will i need headers and exhaust and if so what is the best equip that will do the best job for the best price thanks!
