where can I get ahold of a 2.2L ctd-i motor/swap?

don't even think these are out in the states yet, but I know they have been in other world markets for at least a few years now. Anyone know of where I could get ahold of this gear?

been checking ebay for awhile now and
havent seen anything on there yet since I started hearing about this engine

I emailed hmotors and a couple other places and either haven't heard back or they don't want to do requests especially an oddball like that

I still need to look into the legalities of trying to pull off such a swap, I have no idea whats involved in getting a vehicle emissions recertified
