Will a b18A1 intake manifold fit on my ZC?

I was wonderinf if it would fit my buddy is gonna give me his intake manifold. If it fits will it make any difference. I pretty sure it would make a difference because the key components for creating HP is air, spark and fuel. This would make more fuel and air flow.
