wmp issue

anybody happen to know whats up with this i cant open my windows media player any time i try to open it it just makes that dinging noise that you get when, well i guess whenever you cant open something. Anybody know what sound im talking about and if so whats the deal with my media player????

i just installed everything from the stuff i downloaded form the auto updates in the tary icon i assume this is the same as what u linked B? anyhow i will brb got to reboot again

re-install WMP9. you can get a stand-alone DL from microsoft.com
