hey just wondering if anyone knows what kind of CV joints my car is supposed to have?

I didn't do the swap(previous owner did) but after rebuilding the motor we noticed that the passenger side cv axle had flat roller bearings and the driver side had the normal kind.

I did some research, I couldn't find anything on my 1990 integra, but from what I understood a CRX with a Vtec moter has flat roller bearings in the driver side cv joint and normal in the passenger side. my car should be the same no?

Reason I'm wondering if this is right is because the flat roller type bearings only allow the axle to pivot a tiny little bit.

That might be why my tranny is shot??? because everytime my suspension goes up the axle puts force onto my tranny because it can't pivot?
