the reason i need the wheels is that 13in wheels wont fit over the big brakes on the mirage.

Make sure they fit before you buy them. Don't know about a mirage but on my brothers ef civic with integra brake conversion civic 14" steelies didn't fit. The caliper rubbed on the wheel. Had to go with integra 14" steelies.
