Here's a few more HDR's I did after work today :) The first pic will be straight HDR from photomatix, the 2nd pic will be retouched in Photoshop after making it a HDR.

PS'd to bring out extra detail. Just artistic filter.

I always liked how the car fills the shot, and shows so many sides

little too much saturation.. but if thats what you like.. i might go and take some night shots downtown tonight and mess with shutter speed and such

HDRs are getting better, the saturation is still a little high but it's coming down (some of mine are pretty darn high on the saturation too). Tweaking the HDR settings is as much of a skill as is taking the photo in the first place.

Yeah man, i can only hope to have photos turn out like yours :) The ones you posted are just incredible! Ive never used photoshop or this other program. And Im VERY new to photography even. I keep taking more shots and just practice practice practice!! Thanks for the kind words! :)

I need to go somewhere to get a shot of the sunset, up by my house(on a mountain) its all trees. You hardly even see the sun. I know a good spot, just need to get away from the fam for a lil

i do photography for an online car/truck magazine (underground-scene.com if you wanna check it out) and im still learning new ways of doing stuff. lots of trial and error...lol.

Lots of good destop backgrounds in here. I'm gonna pass on pics though, I only have an el cheapo camera right now, i think my cell takes better pics than it.

Sorry not to be ignorant or anything, but what's an HDR shot?

Its basically a Super defined photo. It takes 3-5 exposures of a pic and merges them into 1 High Def Pic. HDR = High Dynamic Range.

this is an old shot never meant for an HDR.. but i just copied the pic 3 times and had Photomatix change the EV for me.. here is what i came up with.. i know.. too much satur. .. only my second one..
