es inserts on bad motor mounts???

i need a set of motor mounts for my 92 h22a accord, i was gonna buy anchor mounts from autozone, some said do NOT get anchor, get energy suspension inserts, my questions is if i get es inserts will it fix the bad mount problem or the inserts is only for new mounts? thankx

adding ES inserts to bad motor mounts will just add to your problems. replace mounts, THEN add inserts.

Naa, you can put ES inserts into bad mounts. It will fix them right up, unless there is just no rubber left in the mount at all. If its just cracked a bit, slap the ES in there and call it a day. Say hello to your new rattles.. They firm up the mounts quite a bit, will give a completely different feel to the car.

plus one have dine this many times and the whole kit is only like $30 go for it it will be fine as long as there is still rubber left in the factory mounts

i did the front mount with 3m windo weld, my idle got better and shift alot smoother, for those of u having idle problems, try this, it might solve that problems

Yes....I heard that the windshield weld works too.

Its supposed to strengthen without making a bunch of vibration

Probably a good solution if you aren't pushing 300whp+ and hate the vibration of energy suspension.
