i am going to get a 90 hatchback and i currently own a 93 sedan with h22 swap. i was thinking of swapping the entire setup with each other.....meaning the 90 hatchback setup goes into 93 sedan and h22 from the sedan goes into the hatchback. problem is the hatchback is a carb engine....any suggestions on what obstacles i am going to face??

88-91 civic came in both mpfi and dpfi. so you will need to convert to mpfi. as for the 93. i say go to a junk yard and pick up a oem d15 intake manifold, fuel rail, throttle body and maby the stock ecu as well. but back to the 90 hatch. heres a link that might be usefull.

keep the sedan setup i mean how many nice sedans do you see compared to hatches

Nice Sedans to hatch ratio in my area (and probely like this everywhere)
1:100000

I would just go pick up a D15B or a D16z6 or y8 and install that in ya hatch. it be a nice upgrade, still a good DD and well ya still have a rip roaring Sadan and a spunky hatch, just my opion tho

yeah that a good idea to. i just bought a 93 civic lx sedan for a family car. but it defantly needs more power than 102hp and 98. i think im going to boost (only .2-,4 bar) but leave stock exhaust.

i agree that there are not many nice sedans but i was getting rid of it because it has started building up rust and with the H22 inside i am afraid that the chassis might not be that durable.
