I heard a rumor from a friend and logically it makes sense. He said to run the Type R oil pump with my Boost build. He said the reason for this is there is a minor price difference if any and the oil pump is designed for an engine the revvs higher, so therefore would supply adequate oil for a boosted engine. He said this is also just in case the tuner decides to up the revvs from the 7000s to 8's. Before you question the tuner revving my engine that high pls read my build post " B18 Build for Boost"
