Both of those choices are losing choices. The 96 just wasn't a good year, and the 99 Audi can have a LOT wrong that you'll never know until it's too late.so hey yall im gonna be buying a car soon and im shooting to spend $3500 max, so im wondering about a few cars like these two:
96 Ford Mustang GT
Audi A4 1.8t Quattro 1999
I've never had an Audi or a Mustang but always have liked them and hell i got to drive a 2012 GT500 last week so, I'm really digging Mustangs even more than before... but my question to you guys is, what are known problems with those two cars, and does it seem like a ok deal? I never had one of em so I'm really not sure about how much they usually go for...
im also gonna be looking at some Lincoln LS v6 6 speeds if i can find them... just cause it seems pretty bad ass, and also if I can find an amazingly nice older impreza i might need some info on that as well. Do we even have any Subaru peeps here?
looking for hondas too of course, but I already know a bunch about em... at least enough to not need to ask
When fullsize trucks came in manual you could only get a 6 or the lower powered v8 for the most part. I got my truck right when Chevy was pulling the plug or the 5spd. I couldn't order one with the 4.8l v8 so I got stuck with the v6. Its funny when other truck guys see that mine is manual they all say I miss have a manual and wish my truck was.
For the most part being able to get the better engine limited you to automatics. Maybe if auto manufactures put manual in all model more people would drive manual and kids would know what a clutch is.
Kids? Grown ass men that work at my car dealership don't know how to drive stick. Like, most of them.Maybe if auto manufactures put manual in all model more people would drive manual and kids would know what a clutch is.
I was looking into a Frontier. I can get employee pricing too. Hmmmm. That's why I love my Frontier- stroked 350z engine and the six-speed transmission, all hooked up to a true 4wd system with lockers all around, 4 full doors, and a 6 foot bed. That VQ40 has quite a bit of grunt too.

It goes something like this...HOw the fuck do you work at a dealership and not know how to use the man pedal? What if a customer wants to test drive a stick? How do you move cars on the lot? I think driving stick should be part of getting a license.
Are they still making those?
