rightt, I offered him 500 cash picked up, it needs a throw out bearing and after sitting soo long everything engine/trans will have to be gone over, needs 4 tires to even roll , he keeps talking about how great of a car it is and how its never left him stranded etc. , that was before it sat 10 years+ dude its practically a shell right now because you cant just put gas in it and fire it up

Title Bonds are ridiculous. I never understood how some states have such awful bureaucratic processes. Might as well have a PPSA like in Canada.

$45 dollars and I just got a lost title on my car in 2 weeks in washington.
