a RWD car for a winter beater?
that one also has the luxury pacakge, which sucks. it has the wood trim. Gay as fuck.
not to mention 160k miles on it....
i'm going to pick up a winter beater of some sort on top of the m3 as well... maybe a mid 90's imprezza or something for a couple grand.

if i go with it, they will buy me out, and re-finance me for the total. I owe less than it's worth, so it will be like a little DP.

well..it's your choice...you look better in the STI IMO.... sort of the preppy teen with cash look...the BMW will just give you "baby boomer that succeeded" look...or the "I depend on insurance if somebody hit's me" look....
I guess I'm not a beemer fan...never liked them...I know their fast, but they cost an arm to fix if something happens...that's why a fender bender lowers their value down to nothing...remember my old landlords POS....a hit and run and the car went from $20Ks to 10Ks overnight...and he prolly didn't even get 8Ks for it.

you would bitch about the exhaust? why not just get a new one that you like? i'm sure if it came with the stock exhaust you would upgrade anyways.

From what I know, BMWs are really nice cars to own, powerful, fast, sleek, comfortable... But you pay dearly for them in the long run. Random bad sensors and window/seat/mirror motors/heaters will take a bite out of the wallet every once in a while. If you can handle that and don't mind the ownership fees of having a BMW, I'd say go for it!

beamers absolutely suck balls in any snow, unless you don't need to climb any inclines or like doing doughnuts in the road...
