I have a 95 hatchback cx that just quit running on me. It is getting fuel and also getting spark? what do i check next? How do i read my error from my check engine light?

I put a B18b into my 95 hatch cx and i run about 3,000 rpms at 60 mph? Is that to much RPM at that speed?

When i'm running about 65mph i'm running like 3300 rpms? Is this normal for an B18b Ls motor it has the integra tranny also. Is my timing messed up or my gearing?

I have a b18b in my hatch and i get a little bit of steering whell shake at idle. Any Suggestions? Also, what is the exact amount of oil for a b18b?

Is the the EVAP purge control solenoid valve on the back of the intake manifold on a b18b ls motor? Does this have to be hooked up to run? I'm not sure how to convert a 1 wire 02 sensor to a 4 wire on a OBD 1 car, do you run the wires into the ecu or the wiring harness?

Yesterday i finished putting on my tokico blue shocks with hp racing adjustable sleeve coils it is lowered about 2 inches, when i hit a decent size bump it makes a somewhat of a loud "THUD" I did not cut the bump stops is that the problem? Will i damage anything at this point?
