Engine swapped... running rough and "D" light blinking... help!!

It's running fine now... I swapped everything peripheral to the engine (distributor, intake, etc...) back to the OBD1 parts and plugged the OBD1 ECU back in and everything went much smoother. Boostedf22 was kind enough to come over and point out that I had two plugs mixed up, and voila! She runs...

Engine swapped... running rough and "D" light blinking... help!!

Based on the advice of a local shop, I swapped back in the OBD1 intake manifold and a few other things and hooked the OBD1 ECU back up and she's running much smoother... new problem now, though: when I start it up, it climbs right to 3000 RPM's and creeps up a little bit past there... Any...

    OBD2 F22 > 95 accord help

Will either of those harnesses I posted work, or are they converting in the wrong direction for my application? Is anyone aware of an obd1>obd2a conversion harness that can be had for a reasonable price? How hard would it be to make one? I've looked around for a wiring diagram and can't find...

    OBD2 F22 > 95 accord help

I was really reluctant to start a new thread with my first post, but I searched and searched to no avail :( so here goes...
