    the b18b1 has the better intake manifold, id do what your doing with the head and block. you dont need to change it over to obd2 stay obd0 or go to obd1. where is the pvc vlave located if its on the back of the motor(little black box(obd1)) or on the valve cover(obd2)? -joseph

    i thought i told you this already ;], you can use the si harness but you have to move the ignitor wire. on the si its on the pass shock tower, but on the hf its on the drivers shock tower. just move the fat white wire on the si dizzy harness to the dirvers side round connector(white with yellow...

    odd situation...

    happens to me w/ te2 when deceling sometimes, te runs a little lean on decel and it throws a cel, but turns off when i clutch it. -joseph

    i think the only difference between the 87 and the 88 is vacuum advance and electronic advance, the dizzy's might bolt up differently -joseph

    you can use the si harness if you move the ignitor wire from the passenger(si harness) to the drivers(main hf harness) side shock tower -joseph edit:: did the car run before you put the motor in? there is a ground on the harness like tbone said

    switch the blue yellow and blue green wires, happens to me some times when doing dpfi-mpfi -joseph
