    question about my build

it wont. the b16 setups will need more compression and a more built head setup. B18 and LS/VTEC setups are known to make 10-20hp more than similar b16a setups.

    Question About Pistons

In your case, its best to just pick up another complete motor. the time and labor you will spend in replacing the pistons and you just wanna stay stock anyways is not worth it. It will be cheaper if you pick up another d16y7 somewhere and just drop that in.

    ls block build up

CTR pistons will fit the LS rods but you have to machine them to fit. You can go as big as 82mm bore on the stock sleeves but thats getting to the limits of the stock sleeves. The most I'd go is 81.5mm bore on the stock sleeve.

Returned from the Dyno *UPDATE DYNO SHEETS*

Im sure the Dyno reads right and you did make that much HP. But it is known that Mustang Dynos read higher than the most commonly used DynoJet Dyno. Everyone should calm down and dont be alarmed at the high numbers Khai's motor has made. Keep in mind: 1. Dyno numbers are a way to COMPARE...

    difference in oil/water pumps

dood I dont think thats the point of this Post. The b-series VTEC oil pumps are all the same and output is pretty much equal. it does pump out more than the non-vtec ls pumps. as far as water pumps, I dont know the output but there are difference in those and are not interchangeable. they...

    PISTONS??????

We offer the piston coating for another $150.00 I wouldnt worry about bumping up the compression another .4 Once you mill the head, you cant turn back. Its best to work with the 10.1:1 compression. Wil

    PISTONS??????

i'm assuming you are staying 81 or 81.5mm bore. Theres not much choices for an 81mm bore in that compression range. but when we need something like that, we use the ARIAS 10.2:1 piston for the 81.5mm bore. its pretty close to what you need.

    250 whp ls all motor

It wouldnt be an easy build to make that much on a straight LS engine. I know we have the cams that can make close to that HP, but I dont think it'll work with EFI. Look into a carb setup to make that kind of HP.

    milling the head???

yes when you MILL the head, it brings down the head close to the block. What it does is move the cam positioning as well. You can bring it back the cam adjustment with a Cam gear. So keep in mind when tuning, that when at ZERO, you are actually not at ZERO and you have to compensate for that...
