I believe thats the one that controls the fuel pump also come to think of it.
Its right beside the hood latch release. But I can hear it click when I attempt to start the car and click again when you release the key...

It began as a hard to start cold problem. Slowly got worse. I could turn the key and it would spin just fine but wouldnt fire up. Trying to crank it cold was very hard, and even warm...
Well the injectors are leaking fuel onto the top of the intake manifold.
Not only is this a fire hazard, it makes the car hard to start especially when the engine is cold and the fuel pressure has bled off.
