how can i tell if the camshafts are integra type r?

can someone tell me why my valve wont stay adjusted on my ls/vtec...i adjusted them but as soon as i take the car out, give it 5 min and they come loose again...i readjust them and they come loose again....ive done this about 5 time now....i torque them down to about 18 ft/lbs. anybody have any...

i have a jdm vtec solenoid from a b16. im doing a ls/vtec swap. now the jdm solenoid doesnt come with the pressure switch. it just not there. how do i wire for vtec without the pressure switch?

im doing an ls/vtec swap into a 97 teg gs. im switching to obd1. the engine is a b18b block, pr3 b16a head and manifold. the vtec solenoid only has 1 wire coming from it . am i missing something?? shouldnt there be another sensor??

im going from obd2 to obd1. will i need the second o2 sensor for obd1??
