Before IC Piping: T3/4 60trim on D16Y8, full boost around 5700-5800.(31psi) :P After larger IC Piping it was like 5550-5600. Started spooling by like 3400

For Reference, you can probably find a B16 VTEC head for around $300. Then you're gonna need the Oil return kit. As for power increases. With a good tune, almost anything is possible. 10 Psi sounds a little bit on the high side assuming its a stock block. If you have an MBC or some sort of...

If you want great acceleration and can suffer the short gearing, B16 rocks.

They're not ALL interchangable. If you want to run a VTEC head, some blocks dont have valve relief on the piston heads to allow VTEC. For instance, dont by a D15B6. (CRX HF motor) cause it wont allow for a VTEC head to be mated with it.
