i would listen to eveyone else and sell the f22 and go b series. way easier for the same hp goal plus there is a lot more aftermarket stuff if you plan to build the car up in the future.
your going to need everything to make it a 10 second car. 10's is really fast. forged eveything, a really big turbo, slicks, a fat bank account and a prayer. lol but good luck! I would go for a b20 vtec to start your build.

I just rebuilt a b18a1 and is fouling the plug on #1 and smoking pretty bad. If its a piston ring would the smoke go away after pulling a hill and wot because it does. If its a valve seal could it act like a piston ring and smoke everytime i accelerate? i know i had trouble installing the valve...
