I do hear AEM is one of the best, but I can't find one under $200. This OBX is looking good for $80 shipped. It's two piece so I can make it a true cold air or a ram air for winter. I buy everything off ebay, any other sited I should check out first?
wanna cold air intake for an '02 Accord V6 coupe, whats best for the price. I'm leaning toward OBX shipped for about 80 bucks. theres a BOMZ racing for about 50, then more expensive ones like AEM Injen and K&N that are close to 200. it has to be 2 piece so i can shorten it in the winter...
OEM plugs and wires are the way to go I've been told. Cheaper and they give you the best performance. How bout the distributer, stock or aftermarket? Any advice.
I just picked up an 02 Accord coupe V6 with 70k on it. I'm barely getting 20MPG and I drive a lot of highway miles. I got a brand new stock air filter and just got a tranny flush cause I know these transmissions are notorious for dropping around 70k. What else should I check, or is this the...
Dude, the best shizzle to use is Ignition wires and plugs from the Honda dealer, which are NGK plugs and Sumitomo spark plug wires. Don't go no where else...
Yeah but I can get them at damn near half the price online. Money talks.
I hear what your saying getnick. I can't get stock wires locally for less than $65 (and $20 per plug!) MY car's stock besides intake and exhaust, so I'm still under 200hp. Stock plugs are platinum so I'll stick with those, but dealerships couldn't tell me the stock wire diameter. Should I go...
So is OEM the way to go just because of price? Ebay has NGK's for $51 and no name brands for $38. Does it make a big difference what size wire I use. 9.3, 10, 10.2? And are Iridium plugs worth it as far as performance or time before I have to replace them? I have much to learn in the way of...
I'm about to replace plugs and wires on a '00 civic si. OBX and NKG wire sets cost the about the same, any feedback on whos the best. I hear NKG, but are they worth the extra $10 bucks? And any brand of plugs I should go for?
I just bought a used dimmer on ebay. I got the entire panel for $20. I don't need the vent or Cruise switch so tell me if anyone needs one that fits a 96-00 civic. I just brought it to a local shop who said all the fuses and wires were ok, and my dimmer wires register 12v when disconnected...
I just bought a new sub box/subs/amp combo of ebay and I also got a 1.5 farad cap (BMW)cause I thought I'd probably need it. My speakers pound and suprisingly my Honda battery holds up pretty well without the cap. I have to turn up my system pretty loud for my headlights to even dim slightly...
dimmer switch anyone????????????
I figured out that IT IS MY DIMMER SWITCH. I found one on ebay for $35 but it's used and there's no returns or shipping insurance. I gotta take this guys word that it works. I googled it and a new one from partsdirtcheap.com is $70 + shipping. Any...
by the way
Get nick have you ever heard of a volt meter not registering any voltage to about six fuses even after I replaced them with brand new ones? And could that possibly be related to my frustrating dash problem?
