i would just say go turbo.. if you build NA, and i mean build it you will get worse mpg than if you were turbo and took it easy until you needed the power

your car should run almost the same mpg as if you were NA.. as long as you keep your foot off the throttle.. and there is no real way to tell what mpg you will get at any given boost each car flows different.

you could always change the fuel pressure.. that could correct the problem

not to sure but the dohc ZC should bolt to the tranny in the car

yeah the old 89 integras are d-series and dual cam, it should also plug into the wire harness well atleast i think it is the 89.. what ever year has pop up headlights

man that would be nice to do an 89 ls integra swap into it..it will bolt up to the single cam tranny.. then turbo that thing..

id say if you were in nc i have a Z6 for sale... but Z6's are good turbo motors w/ a little work.. there is a guy in nc with a z/6 W/ y8 head fully built putting down 400 plus hp.. oh yeah and alot of boost

have you checked the oil in the last few months?

i would buy an ls block bore it stroke it and then put your head on it..

yeah i am running pro 1000s also i had 550 on and when i put the new turbo/ manifold on it maxed them out at 8 lbs of boost but 1000s is gonna get me up to the mark i want.. are you gonna cage the 4 door

his car is vtec he has a ZC motor in there now if you can post pics and instructions on how to do it that would be great thank you

so there is no way to just rewire the dizzy and alt.?

i wanted the 4 inch exhaust but my bank cant handle it for another month or 2.. what size injectors are you running?

i am running a t60-1 with a 84 trim exhaust. makes good power i bought the 4inch down pipe with it.. there welds are so clean... everyone preaches full-race but know one knows that the same people designed the stuff.
