i would just say go turbo.. if you build NA, and i mean build it you will get worse mpg than if you were turbo and took it easy until you needed the power
your car should run almost the same mpg as if you were NA.. as long as you keep your foot off the throttle.. and there is no real way to tell what mpg you will get at any given boost each car flows different.
yeah the old 89 integras are d-series and dual cam, it should also plug into the wire harness
well atleast i think it is the 89.. what ever year has pop up headlights
id say if you were in nc i have a Z6 for sale... but Z6's are good turbo motors w/ a little work.. there is a guy in nc with a z/6 W/ y8 head fully built putting down 400 plus hp.. oh yeah and alot of boost

you can buy a greddy kit for 1200 dollars, all you would need is a front mount .which you can ebay it for around 180 shipped
but that also depends on what year your car is.
if it is a 96 and up put a wiring harness conversion on it
