Crower suggest that the cams be broke in with regualr oil. I just don't know if it will damage anything if I run synthetic. I think tomorrow I will just do an oil change and run regular oil for about 500-1k and then change back to synthetic. :shrug2:

I have the Thermal exhaust on my 95 Integra and I love it. It's not real loud. It's got a nice deeper tone to it. :thumbsup:

I have been looking everywhere on the net trying to find a gasket for my new throttle body. I read somewhere once that BBk makes a gasket for their throttle bodies but I can't seem to find one. Any help is greatly appreciated.
