I'm looking for jdm parts for my EF crx.

I just bought a 88 crx si and i have a del sol with a full gsr obd1 swap. I was wondering if i can put the gsr into the crx and the crx motor into the del sol without any problems.

I have an obd2 GSR del sol and my friend told me its better to have obd1, is this true? if so, why and is it hard to convert?

I'm trying to find a Dark block for my GSR, but googling isn't helping.
