well then this block is for you..... its all good no cracks whatsoever.... the block was off an obd2 engine but it will work on your obd1 if thats what your looking for... ill go get a shipping quote, and find a crate to put her in...

block is fine turns over and ran great, but blew the head gasket and water got in them so will need new sleeves or a hone or bore, to be legit..

pistons might be good but i recommend to put in new rings and pistons....it has 76K miles when removed... ill post pics in a bit.. i will ship but first i must go get a quote, and a crate to put her in...

96 gsr block for sale, blew the head gasket, needs to be re-sleeved, everything is good, good except sleevs (water got in them), block still turns over, and ran.. best offers, it needs to go ASAP.. moving out of state, will post pics tomorrow... includes, block, pistons, rods, crannk, oil pan...

yea, the crank pulley is all the way in, the tension is tight.... i might take in to get it checked.... but for now i guess ill try not to drive it much...

here are some pics i took on my cell phone... see how the belt is rubbing on the cover, and is not staying in the center... since it was an obd1 engine i had to swap in the crank sensor with the pump and covers.... so u think the belt was installed backwards... this was my first honda, acura...

haha thats what i had to do on my 96 gsr swap.... that thing is a b**ch to remove just bang the SH*t out of it out untill it pops out...

i just fininshed an engine swap replacement for a 96 GSR.... everything went out smooth, it started up fine idles fine, and runs perfect just like the old b18c1... now problem: i see theres a rubbing noise near my timming belt area... i cut off the plastc on the timing belt cover and u can see...

are u talking about the lock pin inside the linkage, right by the tranny...

as title says, i need one ASAP... i know someone has one laying around...
